Veggie Pakora
For a starter or a side to any meal, veggie pakora is an excellent choice. This traditional Indian street food consists of Indian spiced chickpea flour, potato, cauliflower, and other various veggies, all of which are deep fried into bite sized pieces. Served with yogurt and tamarind sauces, pakora is soon to become one of your favorites.
Garlic Naan
Naan is a traditional Indian flatbread that can be used to soak up curries and other sauces, or be snacked on alone. Our naan at Caravan Kebab is hand-crafted and baked in our hot clay oven, finished off with a brushing of garlic butter.
