It provides a healthy and vegetarian thickening agent that creates a creamy balance for the many spices that are in a typical curry. Our Coconut Chicken Curry at Caravan Kebab features roasted white meat chicken in a tomato and onion sauce with coconut milk, garlic, ginger, and house-ground spices. 

Mango Chicken Curry: Full of fresh mango flavor, our Mango Chicken Curry is made using roasted white meat chicken simmered in a decadent sauce made from mango, cream, garlic, and ginger.

Butter Chicken: One of our most popular curry dishes on the menu, our Butter Chicken features white meat chicken in a creamy tomato curry sauce with a unique blend of Indian spices. Order pieces of our homemade naan bread to soak up the sauce! 

Haandi Curry: The Haandi Curry at Caravan Kebab is a special dish because it is Chef Shahzad’s mother’s recipe! This delicious curry dish is made with lamb cubes simmered in a creamy tomato and onion sauce with chickpea flour, yogurt, garlic, ginger, fresh and local herbs, and toasted spices.
